  • Wagering requirements — Players must wager their bingo bonus 3x before they can make a withdrawal. Wagering requirements on any free spins winnings are set at 35x;

How to Sign Up to Bingo Diamond and Claim Your Bonus

If you’re interested in claiming the Bingo Diamond welcome bonus, just follow these steps:

  1. Click through using our links
    Our links to Bingo Diamond exclusive, which means you won’t be able to find this welcome offer via the normal route. When you’ve finished reading our Bingo Diamond review, click through to the site from Compare.bet.
  2. Create your account
    Click on the Join Now button in the top-right corner and fill in the sections as prompted. You’ll be asked for your name, address, email, phone number and date of birth, and you’ll need to create a username and password too. You may also be required to provide some additional information to verify your identity — this will include a recent proof of address and a copy of some photo ID.
  3. Make your first deposit
    Once your account is live, head to the cashier page and make your first deposit. Remember that in order to claim the Bingo Diamond sign up offer you’ll need to make your first £10 deposit via a debit card.
  4. Enjoy your bonus
    That’s it! There’s no need to spend that £10 — Bingo Diamond will automatically credit your account with the bingo bonus and the free spins. Wagering requirements and time limits are the biggest conditions to negotiate, so make sure you’re on top of these if you want to make a withdrawal of bonus funds.

Software

Microgaming and Pragmatic Play power the Bingo Diamond software, generating a varied bingo selection and allowing players to join rooms across the software providers’ extensive bingo networks. The operator benefits from working with industry leaders, generating smooth and exciting bingo experiences.

Options range from the Pragmatic Play-branded Drop Pots room to Microgaming’s Sapphire, so players can choose which provider they prefer. While the variety of bingo rooms doesn’t match competitors like Mecca Bingo’s Playtech-powered platform, it’s nice to have a choice between different software providers.

Bingo Rooms and Variations

While there are more than enough bingo rooms to keep players occupied at Bingo Diamond, we were perhaps expecting slightly more after learning of its partnerships with Microgaming, Pragmatic Play, and Eyecon. Nevertheless, with 11 separate options across 30, 75, 80, and 90-ball variants, there is still a fantastic amount of choice. Only industry titans like Foxy Bingo offer more, so we’re still scoring Bingo Diamond quite highly here.

Tickets start from 2p on many variants, so players on a budget won’t have any trouble choosing games to play. The operator caters particularly well to progressive jackpot fans, with most variants coming with a game prize and a much larger progressive jackpot. The amounts are updated live and displayed on the thumbnail of each game, which is a nice touch.

We go into more detail regarding the bingo rooms available below:

  • Broadway: The 90-ball Broadway bingo room covers all Broadway Gaming sites, so you’ll be playing with other bingo fans from sister sites like Glossy Bingo.
  • The Jackpot Room: A 90-ball bingo room starting from 4p a ticket, The Jackpot Room has a progressive jackpot that regularly hits four figures and a smaller game prize of just under £100.
  • Drop Pots: Pragmatic Play’s Drop Pots bingo room is a high-octane 90-ball progressive jackpot option with three potential mini, midi, and maxi prizes. These are guaranteed to drop by 10pm every day.
  • Sapphire: Part of the Microgaming bingo network, Sapphire is a 75-ball room available from 5p a ticket.
  • Blossom Blast: Pragmatic Play’s Blossom Blast is a spring-themed 90-ball bingo room with beautiful flower-fuelled aesthetics and a sizable community jackpot.
  • Zoom Room: If you’re on a strict time limit, the Zoom Room 30-ball speed bingo variant is perfect.
  • Diamond Dazzle: An innovative Pragmatic Play invention, Diamond Dazzle is a 90-ball variant with mystery diamond prizes that you can cash in or sell at potentially larger values. Adding to the fun, all other players get to bet on whether the diamond holder will keep or sell.
  • Boombox: The only 80-ball variant at Bingo Diamond, Pragmatic Play’s Boombox is a brilliant blend of 80s music and fast-paced gameplay.
  • Heavy Weight: If you’re looking for potentially huge prizes, Heavy Weight is the bingo room for you. Available daily at 9pm across the Pragmatic Play network, it could be the highlight of your evening.
  • Super Heavyweight: A supercharged version of Heavy Weight bingo starting from 25p a ticket and delivering prizes for one line, two lines, and a full house.
  • 20k Spring Slider: Exclusive for Spring, this 90-ball bingo variant gives you a shot at the £20,000 top prize.

As you can see, Bingo Diamond has a nice variety of bingo rooms and variants. The only slight drawbacks are the minimal number of themed options and the small variety of 80-ball variants.

Non-bingo games

Bingo Diamond has 303 casino games available if you fancy a break from the bingo rooms. The library is exclusively powered by Microgaming and mainly contains slots, although you can also choose from a few scratchies.

Although we usually want to see a few more software providers available, the platform benefits from Microgaming’s partnerships with smaller studios like Fortune Factory Studios and Gameburger. As a result, there’s still a nice variety of games, including Megaways titles, such as Wolf Blaze Megaways.

The main highlight here is the extensive range of progressive jackpot slots operating on the Microgaming network. There are several Mega Moolah and WowPots! branded games, offering great choice for progressive jackpot fans.

Even still, Bingo Diamond falls a little short of competitors regarding its non-bingo options. Ideally, we’d like to see other software providers in the mix alongside more casino game options. For context, Zeus Bingo provides an extensive live dealer suite, so Bingo Diamond can definitely do better in this regard.

Cashier

Bingo Diamond has a versatile set of payment options, with most common methods covered. The £10 minimum deposit is reasonable, and users benefit from watertight security derived from advanced SSL encryption. Banking options include:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Maestro
  • Revolut
  • PayPal
  • Paysafecard
  • NETELLER
  • Skrill

We didn’t encounter any fees during our review process, but remember that e-wallet deposits are ineligible for claiming the welcome bonus. Another factor worth remembering is that withdrawals are limited to once a week. This can be slightly frustrating, so you should plan ahead to avoid any problems.

One advantage Bingo Diamond has over many other sites is the “Express Withdrawals” option. These are available to all users with a Visa debit card after they have successfully completed at least one withdrawal. This option then generates rapid withdrawals that hit your bank account within hours.

The cashier section is satisfactory, but it would be improved by payment options such as Trustly, AstroPay, and pay-by-phone bill providers. Fans of these payment methods may want to look elsewhere.

Other Promotions

One of the areas in which Bingo Diamond excels is in its treatment of returning players through its promotions page. There were nine different promotional events at the time of my review, covering both bingo rooms and slots titles, and more are added on a regular basis.

Let’s take a closer look at the five highlights.

Golden Monday

Keep an eye on your account notifications, as Bingo Diamond will be in touch every Monday to offer free spins on 9 Pots of Gold. You must opt-in to the offer and make a £20 minimum deposit to qualify. e-Wallets and prepaid cards are excluded from the offer, so ensure you have a registered debit card to take advantage.

The free spins are valued at 20p each and will be valid for 48 hours. Wagering requirements on the winnings are 35x for casino games and 3x for bingo. The operator sets a maximum £6.25 bet until these are completed.

JPGOT2GO

You could win a guaranteed £1,000 jackpot every Thursday via the JPGOT2GO promotion. Head to the Broadway Room between 9pm-11pm to enter. The last 90-ball game will start at 10:52, where the jackpot is guaranteed to drop if it hasn’t already. Tickets range from £0.25 to £0.50, so it doesn’t take much to enter.

Mini JPGOT2GO

The Mini JPGOT2GO promotion is available daily in the Broadway Room between 6pm-9pm. It follows the same rules as the offer above but has a smaller £100 jackpot.

£10k in Broadway

In the Broadway bingo room, there’s a potential £10,000 jackpot to be won on daily games. Ticket prices range from 20p to £3, with higher-end tickets qualifying players for the max prize. Players can purchase up to 350 tickets in a single game but there’s a max bet of £6.25 per round.

Drop Pots

The Drop Pots bingo room splits jackpots by mini (£200), midi (£1,000) and maxi (£1,500). The mini jackpot can be won multiple times a day, while the maxi jackpot is guaranteed to be won once daily. Ticket prices range from 2p to 20p.

Rewards and Loyalty Programme

Bingo Diamond members will be automatically enrolled into the site’s Rewards scheme — a five-level tier offering additional bonuses and offers. There are three ways in which players can earn reward points:

  1. Every £1 deposit will be rewarded with 15 points;
  2. Every £1 wagered will be rewarded with one point;
  3. Every £1 wagered on selected bingo rooms will be rewarded with five points.

Every day your points total from the previous 30 days will be tallied up. If you’ve earned enough points in that timeframe, you’ll progress to the next stage of the programme, where rewards are more substantial. Here are the markers for each level:

  • Level one: 0-499 points;
  • Level two: 500-6,499 points;
  • Level three: 6,500-19,999 points;
  • Level four: 20,000-59,999 points;
  • Level five: 60,000+

It’s clear that those with the largest wallets will benefit from this scheme the most, but that’s not to say there isn’t something for the little guy here either. Level one players, for example, will be able to claim five free spins every Thursday if they’ve deposited £10 in their account in the previous week. This is one of a number of additional promotions revealed in Bingo Diamond’s Rewards section.

Bingo Diamond Community

All of Bingo Diamond’s bingo rooms offer players the chance to communicate with chat hosts and other players to encourage a community atmosphere. You can be as convivial as you want, making and adding friends to your profile or simply chatting with other players in the room.

Bingo sites have made an effort to extend the community feel of traditional bingo halls; this was always one of the primary reasons why people enjoy playing bingo, and it’s great to see this legacy preserved.

Bingo Diamond Responsible Gambling Features

As with all UKGC-licensed sites, Bingo Diamond is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. At the bottom of the homepage you’ll find a Safer Gambling tab — once you’re inside, the site provides a number of responsible gaming tips and points players in the direction of organizations that work to support this practice.

Tips include self-assessments, activity statements, affordability calculators, session reminders and deposit limits. In terms of responsible gambling charities, Bingo Diamond provides links to GAMSTOP, BeGambleAware, GamCare and Gambling Therapy.

If you feel you might be developing irresponsible gambling behaviours, these organizations all offer confidential, friendly and helpful support.

App Review

Unfortunately, Bingo Diamond doesn’t have a native mobile app for iOS and Android devices. This isn’t the end of the world though — native bingo apps are rarer than those exclusively for sports betting or casino gaming.

The operator also offers a mobile-optimised website with full HTML5 compatibility. It performed well during our tests, with the interface and layout adapting to smaller screens with no problems. The experience is still ultimately better on desktop devices, but playing on the move is an option, even if it’s just for faster games like the 30-ball Zoom Room.

Support

Bingo Diamond has a comprehensive range of customer support options starting with a detailed FAQ section. For more complex problems, you can access a 24/7 live customer support chat with excellent reviews on Trustpilot. We found the agents to be helpful and polite during our tests, confirming the favourable reviews we read elsewhere. The customer support options are one of Bingo Diamond’s main advantages over other sites.

Customer Support

Our Verdict

There is a lot to love about Bingo Diamond, from the generous welcome bonus to the varied bingo software providers and comprehensive Microgaming slots library. We also enjoyed the superb customer support options and nice collection of ongoing promotions.

Despite the advantages, there are a few drawbacks compared to competitors. For example, other elite bingo platforms like Mecca Bingo have more bingo rooms available, while Zeus Bingo has a better casino platform with live dealer games.

Nevertheless, these platforms also have their own problems, such as high wagering requirements and inferior user interfaces. Ultimately, Bingo Diamond’s blend of high-quality bingo solutions, Microgaming progressive jackpot slots, excellent customer support, and varied payment methods (including Express Withdrawals) make the difference.
