The scrap for Champions League football concludes on Sunday and a crucial battle takes place at the City Ground where Nottingham Forest take on Chelsea (16:30 BST kick-off), live on Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League.
Chelsea head to the East Midlands knowing a win would almost certainly keep them in the top five at the expense of Aston Villa, who have a vastly inferior goal difference.
A point might also be enough for the Blues – depending on how Villa get on at Manchester United – but only a win would raise the possibility of Champions League qualification for seventh-placed Forest, who need to climb two places to secure a seat at Europe’s top table.
Forest must defeat Chelsea to guarantee a minimum top-six finish and Europa League qualification, but they would require dropped points from Villa or Newcastle (who host Everton) to achieve a top five position.

Tip 1: Nottingham Forest to win @ 11/5 with bet365
Forest went through a rough patch at a vitally important stage of the season but they are still in the hunt for Champions League football and can finish with a victory over Chelsea at the City Ground.
The Champions League qualification picture is clearer for Chelsea, who are fifth going into the final round of matches.
But the Blues have taken only six points from their last 10 Premier League away games and are facing a Forest team who may be readying themselves for a final flourish.
Forest had no room for error in last Sunday’s fixture at West Ham but they delivered a mature performance and ran out worthy 2-1 winners.
Nuno Espirito Santo’s side have defeated Aston Villa (2-1) and Manchester City (1-0) on home soil and they look overpriced to beat the Blues.

Tip 2: Chris Wood to score anytime @ 8/5 with bet365
Chris Wood has been Forest’s talisman, scoring 20 of their 58 Premier League goals.
The New Zealander netted in last October’s 1-1 draw at Stamford Bridge and can do further damage to Chelsea’s top five hopes.
Tip 3: Moises Caicedo to be carded and over 3.5 goals @ 13/2 with bet365
Both sides are approaching the game with a must-win mentality and that should lead to a high-scoring outcome.
There could be some intense battles across the pitch and Chelsea’s feisty midfielder Moises Caicedo looks as likely as anyone to test the patience of referee Anthony Taylor.
A wager on over 3.5 goals and a Caicedo card returns tempting odds of 13/2.
