Week 7 of the NFL has rolled around and with it comes a number of eye-catching games. The Jacksonville Jaguars and Los Angeles Rams have made the trip to London to face off at Wembley and there is plenty of Stateside action for punters to get their teeth into as well.
NFL Week 7 Preview
Week 7 of the NFL season sees another blockbuster slate of games, starting with the Cincinnati Bengals taking on Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday Night Football. There is another London game following that on Sunday as the Jacksonville Jaguars return to Wembley to face the Los Angeles Rams. The Philadelphia Eagles visit the Minnesota Vikings later that afternoon before the Dallas Cowboys host the Washington Commanders. Atlanta Falcons take on the San Francisco 49ers in the late game, while the Monday Night Football clashes see the Tampa Bay Buccaneers visit the Detroit Lions and the Houston Texans face the Seattle Seahawks.
Jacksonville Jaguars vs Los Angeles Rams – Rams -3 @ Evs
The Jacksonville Jaguars and the Los Angeles Rams face off at Wembley this week and the Rams look like a solid pick to secure a comfortable victory. They are 4-2 and held the Baltimore Ravens to just three points last time out in a 17-3 victory. While they may have had plenty of travelling to do, they remained in Baltimore after that win to help on that front and are fancied to cover the spread against the Jags. Jacksonville lost 20-12 to the Seattle Seahawks last time out and may struggle, even if Rams’ star receiver Puka Nacua is out.
Denver Broncos vs New York Giants – New York Giants +7 @ 20/23
The New York Giants’ season has been revitalised by the breakout performances of Jaxson Dart and Cam Skattebo. The quarterback and running back have added a new energy to the team, who have subsequently beaten the Los Angeles Chargers and Philadelphia Eagles in back-to-back games.
Dart became just the third quarterback ever to rush for more than 50 yards in his first three games and the dual-threat youngster could cause plenty of issues for the Denver Broncos, who were lucky to beat the New York Jets in London last week. The Broncos may have won three in a row but they were against teams going through a tough time and a Giants team on the up should cover.
Detroit Lions vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Tampa Bay Buccaneers moneyline @ 21/10
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have been one of the stories of the season in the NFL, going 5-1 with Baker Mayfield putting in MVP-calibre performances. They face the Detroit Lions in the best game of the weekend and it may be worth sticking with Tampa Bay to keep rolling, despite the injuries they are suffering. Mayfield already has four fourth-quarter comebacks this season and could lead the Bucs to a statement road victory.
