Sports

Caesars Sportsbook takes bets on several sports. Here’s the full list of what’s available with this sportsbook:

Live Betting & Streaming

In-play betting:

Caesars Sportsbook allows customers to place live, in-play bets. This means that bettors can place wagers on sports events as the action unfolds in real-time. To place an in-play bet with Caesars simply select the “in-play” tab. From here, bettors will be free to choose from a list of live events currently underway.

Being one of the state’s top sportsbooks, bettors can place live bets on a variety of professional sports including: NFL, MLB, NBA and NHL events with Caesars. Caesars’ in-play betting coverage extends to international sporting events including European soccer leagues such as La Liga and the English Premier League.

The process for placing a live bet with Caesars is identical to placing a pre-match bet, making it simple and straightforward to place an in-play bet.

Promotions

Caesars offers a selection of timed promotions and offers so be sure to check back with them on a regular basis to see what’s new.

Matched deposit up to $300

Caesars Sportsbook allows first-time depositors to claim a matched deposit up to $300. Simply make your first deposit and Caesars will credit your account with extra funds. This is only available on your first deposit.

While Caesars Sportsbook is a well-established sports betting brand with years of experience in the market, it is quite disappointing to see just two sports-specific offers on the site. We hope that in the future Caesars will offer more exciting and innovative promos.

App Review

The Caesars Sportsbook app retains much of what makes the desktop sportsbook great. The app’s color scheme follows the same gold, white and black house style of the site making it incredibly easy to look at.

The app is simple to navigate and at times much easier and faster than the website. Upon opening the app, you will be taken to the homepage, where you’ll see the sports events that are live at that time. You will also be able to cycle through upcoming events, trending events and all sports. Users can use the bottom navigation bar to switch between all sports, in-play betting options, blackjack, your bets and the Caesars home page. If we had to choose between the desktop site and the app, we would choose the app.

Reputation

The US gambling giant Caesars has a long-standing reputation in the US and overseas thanks to its iconic Caesars Palace Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. The company has been recognized in the industry with several nominations for industry awards. On the sports betting front, Caesars Sportsbook has been up and running in Vegas for many many years now, so they clearly know what they are doing when it comes to sports betting. With the company’s history in the gambling space and experience with sports betting, Caesars is a brand you can trust.

Cashier

Caesars Sportsbook customers can use a variety of banking methods to deposit and withdraw funds from an account. The sportsbook lets you pay with a debit or credit card, and there is also the choice of cash withdrawals. While there are several banking methods, it would be nice to see a few more withdrawal options, there are currently just four withdrawal options, which is fairly limited when compared to other NJ sportsbooks.

Safety and Security

Being one of the biggest names in the US gambling space, Caesars must ensure that it is safe and secure. As per state regulations, the sportsbook uses geolocation and age verification technology to verify the location and age of a customer. Caesars takes player security very seriously as all users are required to verify their identity, set a strong password and multiple security questions to protect their accounts.

Caesars also champions responsible gambling. Users are able to set limits on several aspects such as deposit limits, play time limits and spending limits. The site also outlines its responsibility as a responsible gambling operator and provides several FAQs that tackle what to do if your gambling is getting out of control.

Site design

Caesars Sportsbook is available in New Jersey and Nevada, however, only New Jersey bettors have access to the desktop site. The mobile app is available in Nevada and New Jersey along with several land-based sportsbooks. To use Caesars mobile app or site in the Garden State, bettors must be at least 21 years old and located within state lines. As per state regulations, Caesars uses geolocation technology to verify the location of its customers.

Our Verdict

All in all, Caesars Sportsbook is one of the best sports betting sites produced by a traditional US gambling company. While the sportsbook is let down by its thin FAQs, limited sports promotions and limited withdrawal options, the gambling giant makes up for it with several sports, markets and an incredible sports betting app. Caesars Sportsbook is definitely worth checking out if you’re a New Jersey bettor.
